Plansafe’s Expert Witness team provides solicitors’ practices and others with sound, impartial and legally correct testimony in litigation relating to occupational health
and safety.

The team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the task, helping clients to handle the legal implications of health and safety incidents, and testifying on claims arising from occupational injury or ill health.

Led by Managing Director David G. Wood, who has over 30 years’ experience in health and safety, the expert witness team takes instruction for either pursuer or defender cases.
